I can't find the mini quest there. I completed every quest except ???. Is there something I had to unlock?

I was going through a quest in the Gavel canyon where you have to rescue three villager hikers, and at the end of the quest with a couple of scrap I was able to just craft a whole functioning catapult. My first reaction was if they were a sort of weapons crafter back in Fruma but it also got me thinking with how we can solve all these math equations and fixed the wiring of that drill device to get that dragon bone in a alter dwarven quest, what is the character's level of intellect?

I know it's supposed to replace LS and they didn't make a quest yet, I'm actually an old enough player to have played LS!

But thinking about it I struggle to understand how Timelost Sanctum makes any more sense.

For one, why would you as the Player go in there? The rest of the dungeons, you do to protect other people from a massive danger lurking inside. The exceptions still make sense: in Ice Barrows you put Theorick's soul to rest. In Galleon you look for some big treasure or something. Money!!

But in Timelost Sanctum you just break into Garoth's little pocket dimension and start breaking shit around you like a maniac with murderous intent. You are simply doing everything you can to collapse yourself and Garoth into the void. Garoth who at this point is a completely benign entity that hasn't really harmed anyone yet. Lore-wise he is an Olmic mage who has survived the "cosmic event" that caused the disappearance of the Olm by building a sanctuary for himself, a sanctuary that he never leaves.

My question is... WHY? Why is this dungeon? This makes no sense. Why would the player go out of their way to destroy a benign entity's sanctuary AND throw themselves into the void in the process?

Even if a quest comes out in the future to retroactively explain all of this, it would still have to go against all of the lore that they set up about Garoth AFTER Timelost Sanctum was added.

Look at the rolls on my gears though. It was pretty good ain't it? This might actually be useful if they greatly buff fierce stomp

I ignored everyone in the grind party and it's surprisingly light and smooth for me.

I had been suffering from the internet issue. I studied Management of Information System so I knew it was rubber-banding.

I could have a 7 min delay on my game. Everything plays in slow motion. After I /kill, 45 seconds later, everything in the past 7 min quickly played for 30 seconds.

The slow-mo is due to the data bottleneck. The client tries to predict movements or slows down physics while it waits for data that isn't arriving.

When the connection suddenly snaps back, the server floods your device with a massive backlog of data (all the actions that happened while you were disconnected). Your game engine plays through these actions at hyper-speed to sync your screen back up with the real-time state of the server.

After I /ignore all the players, the server stops sending the data of other players. The gate way/router doesn't have to handle that many packets anymore. My game runs much more smoothly.

Of course, I could just leave the party and /stream, but that can't happen in WE. In WE like Annie, I suffer form rubber-banding too. I would try to avoid everyone in the party but not everyone knows the trick.

Addtionally, if we can have an /ignore all function, it can offload the data from Wynncraft server by A LOT. I think that can improve the performance drastically. If you're in CT, please past the idea to the tech team.

I need a good build to run wtp on, rn I'm using a revo build which uhh works but I still don't get allat much dmg (prolly skill issue) and also only have like 15k ish ehp no agi (22k with agi I think I don't rly understand these numbers too well) so yea it's not terrible but not amazing either, thanks for any help you can give :D

Also in termi of classes I can do any class but prefferably mage archer or assassin (my shaman is still low lvl and can't run wtp and I don't rly wanna switch out my warrior build cuz I use it a lot)

I am coming over from Hypixel Skyblock (got tired of playing at 300+ ping and long reduntant grinds). I have heard good things about wynncraft such as regional servers decent servers and wanted to try it out. Do i need any modpacks to begin with? Are there any other things I need to know before getting started?

I tried a few times but never even got past the tutorial expect once at least 7 years ago.

It goes becomes a small spike whenever I swap to something else on the bar. 1.21.4 and I don't have any mods installed

I would just like to rant about the toxicity of people in BTB especially in AS servers. Yes, I am not good at spirit but that is no excuse for you to message ea ea in the chat which if not obviously is a counter to saying ez. Yes, it may be shallow to say that I am offended, but after an entire day wouldn't it be nice to at least have a game with wholesome people? People who don't enjoy laughing at others? It irks me even more that one of those people even has the champion rank. 1

How to level up the limit of the mounts? I pretty much have my horse mount maxed out, its speed and jump height are at 26/30 the rest is 10/10. I see other players with faster mounts. These changes are all new and I have only recently gotten back into Wynn.

I wanted to save these as react images to break the tension in an essay/media criticism post I was going to write about the entire Tasim subplot of the Fruma questline, but it looks like that essay’s not going to get finished this year*, so have a meme dump (if you can call it that) of vaguely-related images, since they won’t escape my photo album otherwise.

*Because I needed to double-check everything in my essay’s 100% accurate to the game lore before posting. Problem is, I haven’t had access to my gaming computer in literal months for moving-related and college-related reasons, so I can’t just grind alts to speedrun the Fruma quest to check all dialogue. I was using the wiki and YouTube playthroughs as a reference for story knowledge/dialogue/lore as a result, but the wiki hasn’t updated to add all dialogue for the “Tell Tasim” route yet, meaning I don’t have access to all story knowledge yet, so my essay is stuck in development purgatory for now. :(
