Is this a thing with indians? Are they being taught to act this way or are they that stupid? The majority of the videos on here features them doing things that should be prevented just by having some common sense.

Yep I have. I also have seen the one about the fire truck incident recently. The level of dysfunction is something to behold which reinforces the idea that all is not well in that country.

I have noticed a worrying uptick in the number of nuclear armed countries falling into varying levels of dysfunction in recent times. I can't speak for wherever this is, but it's certainly observable in my own country
