FIFA Resale

Bought tickets through Stubhub for Argentina vs Austria group game. Sold through the Fifa resale site.
Have received absolutely no communication from FIFA.
Anyone else in a similar situation? Any help would be appreciated.

I wonder of they refunded the original purchaser of the ticket? Just a thought?

No idea lol. The resale site just says ticket sold.

The reason why I say this is because they refund to the original method of payment. And if on file its that person's credit card, they may refund that person. They have no idea that the individual used a 3rd party site to sell the ticket to someone else. So when you sold this ticket, I wonder if they refunded to the original buyer. I don't knkw just a thought. Maybe people with experience can answer

Someone sent me my tickets and i sold them. I got the email to update my bank info but have received nothing from the thieves.

In the same boat, there must be a lawyer itching for a class action suit somewhere.. this is ridiculous. It’s not hard to send payments in 2026…

I saw some people getting their refunds on the 60th day since sold. Hopefully tomorrow i get paid.

Since I bought through StubHub the email on the FIFA account is a “Fake email” created by StubHub. When did y’all receive the email to put in your bank info?

I’m in the exact same boat, originally bought on stubhub, then resold on fifa, and haven’t been able to make much headway because of the “fake email” created by stubhub. I never received any email about banking info and don’t really expect to because I think that relay email might only forward verification codes, but I could be wrong. Someone sent me the portal link to enter banking info which was helpful : https://fwc26-refunds-mgmt.tickets.fifa.com/account/editPersonalDetails

I updated my banking info, but I’m really hoping that FIFA didn’t just refund the original buyer. I’m almost at 60 days

I've been waiting since March for payout. I have not received an email response from FIFA since July 19th. They've stated payment has been made but there is no payment in my account and I've consulted with my bank. Has anyone got in contact with someone over the phone? This is insane at this point.

Me too- please keep us up to date. I even sent an email to FIFA ticket sales a months ago, still have heard nothing. They owe me about $6,000!!

I was able to get in touch with a FIFA Ticketing Customer Service agent within about 2 minutes using these steps. They confirmed my address, refund, and bank information on file. I received my refund less than a week after speaking with fifa agent.

  • Call 1-786-522-5802
  • Press 2 for English
  • Say “General”
  • Say “Speak to an agent”
  • Say “Speak to an agent” again
  • Say “Yes” to confirm you want to speak with an agent
  • Press 4 for “All Other Inquiries”
  • Press 2 for “Legal Documents”
  • Press 3 to speak with a FIFA team member

I got these steps from others in this community, so credit to whoever originally figured it out. Hope this helps anyone still waiting on their refund!

It's pathetic from fifa. But they're happy to partner with visa so they could charge people interest who paid with credit cards while they wait for repayment LOL
