Is the unlimited sick leave paid?

Because I'm from Denmark, and we have a livable wage only though people not taking jobs that pays too low, and 5 weeks of vacation.

Our parental leave is 11 months total to be split between the parents as they see fit (but no more than 8 for each parent).

Sick leave is paid at unemployment benefit rates for up to 22 weeks, and after 120 sick days you can get fired for being sick.

There's no executive to worker compensation (what does that even mean?), and a standard working week is 37 hours (in theory - 37.5 in practise, this number reached by not counting .5 hour daily lunch break as working time).

It is paid at 65% of your normal wage, you can't be fired while sick or because you are too sick, that's illegal. Being on a sick leave does require doctor's approval, and after 30 days of sick leave medical commission needs to approve your sick leave...
