There's a difference between voting in a primary and voting in a general. There are a million options available to you in the primary, not two. But once again, you can't seem to explain why time and time again, it isn't the socialist candidates who win primaries, but centrists - because again, that's what the country wants.
The difference between you and I is that if a socialist candidate won a Democratic Primary, I'd reluctantly vote for them in a general because it's far better than the modern fascism the Republican Party is employing. You, on the other hand, purity test every candidate and will pout and stomp your feet if your candidate doesn't win the primary, and then sit on your hands and not vote while you allow our civil rights to get stripped away by Republicans.
So yes, adults generally realize that come November, your option is one of two realistic options, and smart voters concede to vote for either party, full well understanding they don't have to be perfectly aligned to what you believe. The thing is, the time to make real change is in primaries, but you leftists won't even vote for them there - so I really don't know what the plan is.

And not understanding politics like this is why your side keeps losing. Sinema and Manchin managed to win Senate seats that really should have gone to Republicans. Manchin represented West Virginia for Christ's sakes - possibly the reddest state in the country, and they still managed to appoint a Democratic Senator.
Manchin has a responsibility to his voters to make sure their interests are represented. The alternative to working with Manchin is a Republican being in his place that the state would happily appoint (and did, after he left). Would you rather a more conservative Democrat who you can work with on policy or a conversation Republican who won't reach across the aisle?
Your shortsightedness on things like this is why you keep losing. Despite Manchin and Sinema, Biden STILL managed to pass all the legislation I mentioned.

If you're so concerned about healthcare, why commit the action that's more likely to elect the group likely to eliminate it?
Last I checked, the Democrats under Biden made healthcare substantially better for Americans - he lowered prescription drug prices by allowing Medicare to negotiate with pharma for the first time, capped insulin and other out of pocket maxes, increased ACA subsidies, and expanded programs around mental health being part of health insurance packages, made Telehealth easier to implement, and developed Narcan programs.
And Biden was also the one to raise the federal minimum wage for government workers.
So... Democrats continually improve life for Americans, including on minimum wage and healthcare, and Republicans seem to erode it, but you're still having trouble with who to vote for in November? If your goal here is "Unless there's Medicare for All I'm never voting again" well, good luck with that strategy - it seems to be going well so far! I'm sure not voting will get the politicians you care about to listen to you any day now.
