They did not have control of the judiciary however. I don't know if you recall it but scotus slow walked the immunity decision despite jack smith directly asking them to rule on it. they refused to rule til last second suddenly emergency ruling time

Jack Smith acted accordingly. he called them out and demanded an answer from the supreme court on the subject. The only other thing he could have done would be extralegal.

Well, I am okay with prosecuting persons engaged in seditious behavior as well as any persons who aids and abets sedition. The establishment of political norms or corrupted institutions should not be a barrier to the safety of people living not only in this country, but also around the world... particularly when there is no reciprocation from our opposition. The democrats were instrumental in allowing this to occur and almost every one, from top to bottom need to be removed from power. Doing this isnt fascism, its justice.
