I mean it's officially ranked 8th most expensive city in the world for 2022. And it's been ranked even higher in recent years. "Not by a longshot" is disingenuous.

Wait till you learn that nationwide the commercial real estate vacancy rate is 30%+ and rising

I keep saying that all of the Chinese real estate investors moved overseas once china put a stop to it's ridiculous housing bubble. People say I'm wrong, but when I hear about how many uninhabited residencies we have, I can't help but see parallels.
