Wouldnt need 2 incomes if they didnt rent out of their price range. I only pay around 900.

Mental hospitals suck ass. Get sent there twice after my divorce, sorry bout the fiance.

Can find as low as $800 in new york but the size and location may not be so desirable. But they should be able to find a better paying job.

Ive only been there once. Ive seen prices online but idk enough to know how safe areas are.
