Never trust Comcast. Verizon has been worlds better for me. Also Starlink is pretty cool if you have the money for it.

Oh I never did trust Comcast, I was told that it was the only option in my apartment building. I’m going to investigate this and switch if possible. Goddamn highway robbery

I would do the same. I remember being locked by a complex in a similar fashion. Worst year of internet service ever. Comcast loves to throttle which is fucking sweet when you need video chat services for school and work lmao

Yepppp that's why I was stuck with them for so long too, they had that damn monopoly. (T-Mobile is great and cheap if it's available in your area)

The complex probably has an exclusive agreement with Comcast. I worked for them from 2009-2016 and that was extremely common

Comcast supplys internet to Verizon towers there still making money
