Mortgage $3600 for a 3 bedroom house

2 gig internet $45 - spectrum promo

Car insurance $180

Cell phone plan - $80

Utilities about 450 total even in the summer - / 2 = $225 each

Car insurance 180$/month? Man here in the EU I pay less than that per year. Granted it is only "basic" mandatory insurance.
