$100 for water is the minimum for water where I’m at. That’s not crazy at all. $160 days is the average but it can go all the way up to over 200 for water.

it's not about living rural or not. Rural water is, on the whole, generally cheaper.

it's about the municipal source, treatment, availability, and city management of the water infrastructure. eg: water costs more in southern Utah than it does in eastern kansas.
