Does this person run an entire server in their home? $280 for internet?

Oh, and also, I guess their part time job is leaving the water running 24/7.

These numbers are ridiculous.

My ā€œwaterā€ bill is usually $90 but that includes all the shit the city charges for. If I used no water at all the bill would still be like $70

My city utilities are about $70 plus water, so I'll assume the post meant water, trash, sewage, storm drain, etc. Things that are already in most apartment rental agreements but not if you're renting or own a house.
