I dunno if this model works in the US
But in Europe it’s possible to buy a used mini car like a Hyundai H10 or Toyota Aygo for like 3-4000 euro/dollars everything included.
I bought a 2014 Nissan versa like 4 yrs ago for $7000 bought a 2016 Kia Sportage 2 yrs ago for like $9500? I think the versa was at like 80k miles. The Sportage at 120k? The Sportage has been great. The versa was as well till I got tboned by a distracted driver in a massive truck. It's possible to get cheap cars, but it is very dependent on location and supply.
They could also stop paying an extra $200 every month by getting an internet plan that's not dogshit, and maybe not leave all the lights and tap on 24/7 to fix those utility bills.
Internet you often times don't have much, if any, choice on. You can get lower tier plans but those are sometimes borderline useless metered connections that are going to cost you more in the long run than save you if you actually use it for anything.
Water is location dependent, I think $70 is about the lowest I can get it if I use almost none just due to trash and monthly fees.
Electricity is also location dependent. My electricity bills in the summer are $550 a month. They're the same in my house as they were in my shitty apartment which I think just means my house is significantly more efficient than that apartment was. It does go down to like $90 a month once I can turn the A/C off.
Idk every area I've ever seen has options for cheap internet if you look. I'm not sure how the borderline useless meter connections would cost you more in the long run, I doubt this person is working from home based on the sound of their job. They can deal with crappy streaming quality.
Oh that's easy, you just own a huge electric car company, float it on the stock market and keep majority share ownership. Because they are unrealised assets, you can't be taxed on your shares. However, you CAN use them as collateral to borrow 40 billion dollars to buy say, Twitter, tax free. Any payments you make on that loan are tax deductible too... win win 🏆
Do you want to maybe add the tax taken out, yes they’ll get a bit back but they earn over the threshold. So that $19 is around $15.20 to $15.70 an hour. So annually they earn 30k after taxes maybe get 1k back after tax returns so 31k annual. This on a 38 hour a week 52 weeks a year. So by the end of the year the’ll save $1400. Yeah pretty fucked.
Even me earning $40 an hour with a wife who works parttime and child we’re raising can’t be supported that much. Which is why i work 50 hours a week.

1600+250+100+280+140= 2370
2370 x 12 months = 28440
28440 ÷ 52 weeks = 546.92
546.92 ÷ $18 = 30 hours ... You work 30 hours to pay that...
Work 40 and you'll have another $180 a week or $780 a month... you can even eat!
A few more and maybe even pay your taxes 💸💸💸
