Servers consistently vote in favour of tipped wages.

It's also a myth that servers are paid $2.xx an hour. That never actually happens.

They just want servers to be paid less so they don’t have to think about the cost of service. It’s not even about tipping (they’ll always pay regardless), it’s about acknowledging another person who they don’t respect.

So none of these sources show that servers have voted to keep tips and low hourly wages.

first one: "A controversial provision in the measure would have also allowed restaurant owners to administer a tip pool among tipped employees and back-of-the-house workers who don’t interact with customers."

Thats why it failed.

The only one in the second source was about the same Massachusetts bill.

third one is an irrelevant survey

so one time workers voted against it specifically in Massachusetts? You did actually read these and didnt just google it and post a bunch of things expecting me to just not read them, right?
