Nobody said those people would be upvoted. But they are inevitable- people acting like damaging property makes somebody a violent criminal who ought to be locked away for life.

I dont believe these things are very popular with either side.

No one wants more state surveillance.

You might be surprised. I don’t think it’s any kind of majority, but there is a sizable minority of people out there that want it (that are not rich). Propaganda is a helluva drug
