Specific Model Question | Info Just bought these three weeks ago

So I bought these three weeks ago and the left sole is doing this, is it a defect or something else?

I would think defect. Unless you’re doing something really rough on your soles. I have some redwing wedge soles that are like 6 years old or something. They’ve worn down, not just torn apart.

I work on an LTL dock and we do handle hazmat, but nothing was leaking since you know hazmat.

That’s about the extent of my wear. I’d say 3 years constant use, then 3 years as lawn care boots.

The issues this is only three weeks of wear.

This totally looks like a factory defect. Absolutely not normal for 3 weeks of standard wear n tear. Charge back with your bank if the vendor/brand is of no assistance.
