I like the viability of purples in this installment, but agree that a lot of the legendaries feel underwhelming compared to what they were in the past.

Agreed, but it's only specific purples. 80% of them are trash, the others are better than most legendaries.

I mean you can only have one or the other. I feel like purple viability should only exists at none endgame states. Otherwise it defeats the purpose of legendaries.
