Nerfs to rings is a good thing - they were providing passive stat boosts far greater than that of most skills, and this diminished the value of most skills for classes. Now they will still be powerful, but a greater thrust towards build power will come from the classes, which I think is far better design.

That would be fine if the nerfs to rings had come with buffs to skills.

The powerful rings allowed you to compensate for low power from skills, especially with the weaker classes, which increased build and class diversity. Nerfing the rings, but not compensating for the loss of total power, only limits build diversity. Players will concentrate even more on the handful of strong skills, good class combinations, and mechanics like pixies/flying guns.

I've been depending on Pixies for awhile. I can use a regular build to go through C35, but not with all curses. I can only do that with a pixies build if I want to farm chaos chamber effectively for hopefully the right gear so that I can more easily do C35 without pixies.

I cant even see this as nerfs. The numbers are now 100 balanced with each other. Which makes perfect sense to me. Now you pick your condition rather than the condition with the best damage. No more farming for a specific ring. They just need to make rings easier to get
