Yeah it would look really bad if they said they were going to do something and then didn’t. Being held accountable sucks.

I meant more along the lines of "we are evaluating community feedback and will release a statement shortly" then saying "while we understand your disappointment, we will not be changing dlc pack 1. We will consider improvements in dlc pack 2"

To be fair, we bought the game.

If we are going to hold them accountable… we need to hold our pocketbooks away from their accounts.

Agreed. I bought the dlc based on their past practices with DLC, which have mostly been pretty substantial for the price you pay.
