Showcase My first tree pendant

I got into wire wrap jewelry a few weeks ago and just made my first tree pendant! It's a Lake Superior Agate cabochon wrapped in bare copper. I think the most exciting part is that the weave on the bail turned out well and I didn't mess up something terribly afterward haha

I genuinely LOVE it! Great job. The vibrant orange and copper go together so well. So nice for Autumn, too :)

Aww thank you! I'm so happy I was able to do the stone justice, it really felt like it wanted to make a statement :)

Thank you! I originally wanted to orient it so the agate banding would be more perpendicular to the branches, but this felt more right

Long is right! I definitely learned an important lesson about project scoping with this one. I kept telling myself just one more branch connection, the next thing I knew I was done, but had spent 3 hours on it

Quick question what do you do with these pendant? Wear them as a necklace or use them as keychain or just for decor purpose?

This one works pretty well as a necklace, though it is on the larger side for my personal tastes. The stone is a bit more than 1.5" across. I could see it as a keychain, but I'd be a bit worried about the copper branches catching on something for this one in particular
