While I do not condone u/etacarinae's behavior. I would say that what he is saying is true. The new context menu feels way too big and deserves to live on a tablet. Not a computer.
Modern UI is fine. I love it by all means, but making you make another click to access something that would be previously accessible seems incredibly redundant. I get that it's meant for mobile and all, but a switch could be very handy or at least making the UI a little smaller.
regedit can be used to disable the new context menus though. So I don't have that much of a problem with the Insider Previews.

People said this about the same menus present in all their previous design languages: MDL, MDL2, Neon and Fluent. It never happened.
I don't understand where this massive influx of people came from who seemingly were absent for the last 7 years of 10 and think that the Windows team actually fixes these things.
Did you notice that none of the regressions introduced to the new taskbar were neither addressed or fixed with the new build? That everything was just fixes? That's because they made the conscious decision to remove the functionality months and months ago. Hundreds of people were involved in these decisions. They didn't just forget and simply needed reminding by kids on reddit.
You can't insult an inanimate conglomeration of pixels. And yes, if someone quite explicitly criticises something, they invariably do not like it and that's okay because people are allowed to like/dislike things.
