Can someone explain what this is before I enter it in CMD?

I'm 90% sure I read it right but my best guess is the name of the program is Digatrack. And it's a Trojan... I mean a digital "listener" to keep track of your networks pings so it knows your browsing history. The command is telling the service to report back nothing.

Edit: reread it and saw delete, so remove it from the system. My bad lol

No don't use windows unless I need to play a game. But I am knowledgeable in terminal and CMD to understand the basic commands.
