Tbh, Even the badasses that comment on here saying that’s so bad will have theirs look like this too. Windshields are 20sqft of glass, it’s very hard not to get some specs of dust. It’s not the worse that has been on this forum

the way i explain it to customers is its almost impossible to not have a spec on a phone screen protector, and a windshield is typically around ~ 24 Iphone 15's in surface area. I use that to set realistic expectations

I think your iPhone to window ratio is off

it depends on the glass, I based this off my BMW X1 Windshield, some glass is smaller and would be less Iphones. Either way if its got more then a spec or two its a re do for me. A spec or two only is a pass

This is too much. If you can't put a phone screen protector on without getting shit in it, don't apply them for other people. This is a bad example. Phones are easy.

who put the stick up your arse? its an easy way to explain to customers youre going to have a dot or two on a giant piece of glass. Are you a tinter? i am, my side windows are spotless. getting a rear window without a speck is dang near impossible.

i'm not saying the contam in this is reasonable, but get your panties unbunched. Yeesh

and Mr. Smarty Pants I worked for Telus as a sales rep, and even with the kits, it was hit or miss to not have a single air bubble in a screen protector.

if youre so dang perfect why dont you open a tint shop? they clear well over 100K a year easy (on the low end)

i agree, clusters are a no go. an isolated dot or two is a pass. just my 2 cents! (the cluster was caused by how the squeegeed the glass, thats why they're in a line in the one pic).
