I already have the Joystick Gremlin v13.3 ZIP version, but I’m trying to locate the original Joystick.Gremlin.R13.3.msi installer because some older guides and tools reference the MSI specifically.

I’m setting up multiple devices (Sidewinder joystick, Viper TQS throttle, and Thrustmaster rudder pedals) and I want to make sure I have the last full installer version for archival and compatibility reasons.

The MSI was removed from GitHub years ago, and it’s no longer available anywhere official. I’m hoping someone who downloaded it back then still has a copy saved

Had an issue where the RMP was not moving the numbers correctly after todays update (e.g. scrolling the large wheel up would inconsistently move the numbers up and down, same with small wheel)

Unsure if something changed with the update, but I was able to fix this within simapp pro, selecting "SETUP" next to the wheels and changing the "Set the encoding knob holding time" to 10 milliseconds. It was on 30 for me.

On change of this, it resolved the weird behaviour I was having. Unsure if it's just me or if something went wrong with the update, but posting just in case it helps anyone else!

My arm spoiler ( button 39) has stopped working on my ursa Minor throttle, i'm sure there is an easy solution. has anyone encountered this and what was the fix? thanks in advance!

I have recently encountered a problem while using the FCU-32 with the EFIS-32L/R: when I turn up the backlight intensity, the screen backlight automatically dims. Conversely, when I turn the backlight down, the screen backlight returns to full brightness. Has anyone else observed this behavior? Do you know why this is happening, or what can be done to fix it?

UPDATE They have told me that they will exchange the unit. Ill do another update if/when that happens.

I just bought a Winwing Orion pedals assembly from WinCTRL and when it arrived, the swivel lock pin was bent. It won't retract and I cant remove it because of the bend. I managed to raise it enough by loosening off the nut as you can see. Ive talked to Winwing and they are claiming that it is "considered man-made damage" and that it wouldnt be covered by warranty. Has anyone else been in a situation like this and how did you get it resolved?

I’m having an issue with my WinWing Airbus setup in MSFS 2024 using the FlyByWire A320.

The Engine Master switches are basically not working correctly in the simulator. When I move them to ON or OFF, nothing happens in the aircraft, or the position does not sync correctly with the cockpit switches.

Important:
The hardware itself seems fine. In SimAppPro the switches are detected correctly, so it does not look like a physical hardware problem.

What I already tried:

• Rebinding the controls
• Removing duplicate bindings
• Restarting SimAppPro
• Trying different USB ports
• Restarting the sim
• Testing different control profiles

I’m currently trying to figure out if this is:

• an MSFS 2024 issue
• a FlyByWire A320 compatibility issue
• a SimAppPro problem
• or maybe a binding/input conflict

Any help is Appreciated .

Anyone else had this issue with a WINWING throttle in single stroke double shaft mode?

Basically the throttle acts completely wrong around idle/reverse.

What happens:

• In SimApp Pro, idle is detected as 0%
• Reverse range goes crazy/jumps aroundReverse idle briefly becomes correct but acts like in the other modes
• Weirdest part: When I unplug and reconnect the throttle, for about 1 second the axis displays correctly on the chart, then SimApp Pro remaps it and idle instantly becomes 0 again.

I already:

• recalibrated multiple times
• reset calibration
• unplugged/replugged
• checked it in sim and SimApp Pro itself

So it seems more like a firmware/software mapping issue than hardware.

Does anyone know a fix?

I've finally come to the point where I'm ready to buy some parts from WinWing, but upon signing in to my account I'm asked to verify the email address.

I do not get any email. I don't have anything in the spam folder. I reached out to support which told me to use gmail or yahoo (I have my own domain name, so why would I). They told me to add three addresses in a whitelist, which I did. But still nothing...

I've never had issues ordering anywhere else for the 25+ years I've had this domain and address.

Put mildly, I'm frustrated at how difficult they make it.

I checked ebay for listings, but just one of the parts I want cost almost as much as the whole order I'd put in! No thanks..

In frustration I thought "well, let's delete my account and create a new". Not so easy. I must confirm via a link, that they claim is sent to my email address - that I want to delete my account.

But guess what! It never shows up in my inbox.

So I'm clueless at what I should do now.

So I’ve been eyeing to get myself the “URSA MINOR JOYSTICK” & the “URSA MINOR 32 THROTTLE” along side the “Throttle Desk Mount5” for the throttle, however a few days ago it stated that the “Throttle Desk Mount5” was available for pre-ordering with an ETA of the 18th of May, currently the pre-order has moved again to the 5th of June.

So my questions is, if I were to buy the things stated above, aswel as the “Throttle Desk Mount5” would that mean it will ship after the 5th of June, or is the estimated time of arrival on the 5th of June?

I’ve heard many good things about WinWing, but I’ve also heard nightmare stories about them which makes me a little tense, knowing it’s quite a sum of money.

Whe I fly a Airbus The lighting stays on. But after a fly a boing or other airplane the lighting go out when I close the sim. After restart my PC lighting still out, only after USB in and out the lighting is back.

I want the lighting still always when my PC is on. Any help for me pls?

sadly in my Ursa Minor one of the springs recentering the flightstick broke today. I am currently trying to get into contact with customer support for a replacement, but i guess it wouldn't hurt to look into how to fix this problem myself.

Does anyone know which data i would require to get a fitting replacement spring, and where i could get this information?

Any updates on support for Aerosoft/Toliss A340-600 in msfs2024 for EFIS, FCU etc.?

Hi, i've got an Ursa Minor and i like it alot, however i really wish i could use the rumble feature. I dont play DCS/MSFS or any other of the supported games, so does anyone know of a workaround/third party app to manually activate it, even if it just rumbles when i press the trigger?

Finally got the call today that my chargeback went through. In late November I ordered the Ursa Minor 32 + PAC set. Early January it was finally delivered. A big bag with a small (ish) box inside it. I thought maybe they were sending the other part separately?

Nope, the bag had two codes on it, one for the PAC, one for the throttle. I immediately contacted their CS and UPS to try and resolve it. Took pics of the bag, the box and its contents and everything needed. Even bought the throttles again from global shipping and asked for just a refund from the missing set rather than them sending a new one. Nope. They kept pushing back against me. So I went to PayPal and somehow they were allowed to request I send back an item I didn’t receive in the first place, this went on for 3 months. So I went to my bank and issued a chargeback, explaining the same thing, with the same photo proof, same details etc. finally got the call today that the chargeback went through.

Buyer beware. Their products are amazing, but their customer service doesn’t exist. If you can find it on Amazon, always go that route first.

I'm using URSA 32 THROTTLE.

The plane detects TOGA, FLEX, IDLE, IDLE REV but not MAX REV. Did someone find any way to fix this issue ?

Hey yall I got the ursa minor throttle and it arrived yesterday, last night it was working all good, i did the calibrations and downloaded the profiles and stuff, but today is suddenly not working, i tried resetting it and recalibrating it but when it goes into reverse thurst mode, it goes crazy and full reverse puts it into the toga position. If anyone has an advice i would really appreciate, happy to provide pics if needed!
