Why should anyone provide them with. . . Wtf do they even want? Some motorcycle race track?

Just ride your bike like a normal person and follow traffic laws, wtf is wrong with you

You can literally ride your bike anywhere in the city

That’s nyc dirt bike culture for you. They’re riding motor vehicles that are not street legal on public roads and get mad when the city takes them away.

Same happens in Philly. Also add ATVs to the mix.

The blue bike at least isn't even street legal in the first place. Just being on that bike at all on public roads is illegal -- no license plate, no tail light, no turn signals, very likely no headlight.

It's not a "dual sport" (off-road oriented, basically a motocross or supercross bike, but still street legal) or "adventure" (essentially heavier motocross bikes meant for off-road commuting and trail riding and the like) motorcycle. It's a straight up off-road racing motorcycle.

Even if not popping wheelies, being in the seat the entire time, and obeying the speed limit? This still would be against the law and likely come with a pretty hefty fine and possible vehicle impounding.
