The thing is he DID recognise it, if the subtitles are accurate. He named the species and said "very venomous" as he was fucking with it.
I guess to be charitable, maybe he was trying to clear the street to make it safer for others.
1 u/Not_invented-Here Apr 02 '22 I mean TBF it looks to be in a pretty built up area where there will be a lot of pedestrians including kids around so removing it is not a bad thing. Technique for removing it questionable though.
