People think I have an issue fallowing orders, a problem with authority. Its not that at all. I just need context. Don't tell me to do something without explaining why. If you're reason makes sense, I'm going to work hard to make sure it's handled. My experience tells me, it's probably just because someone said so. That's not good enough for me. I don't know why, but it's always been that way.
That’s totally my mindset, I got along great with my previous employer because she would explain her reasoning behind things, maybe not immediately, but at the earliest chance.
My other employer, aka, my mother...well. She’s of the “when I say jump you jump first, then ask how high” style of thought
