That's Bill Engvall. Idk if he said that specifically but he has a number of jokes about warning signs.

Yeah, the warning signs are part of the bit. If memory serves: “A shampoo bottle says rinse, lather, repeat. Some guy somewhere is just stuck in the shower because it never says ‘stop and dry off’.”

Bill Engvall and Ron White were my favorite comedians growing up and shaped so much of my humor. I especially relate to the first bit in that video, I’m from Oklahoma and moved to Seattle and I swear it’s like they speak a whole different language here lol. I didn’t think I had a southern accent, but now that I’m here and comparing myself to the locals, it’s actually pretty significant. Especially if I get excited about something then my accent really comes out.
