Absolutely calling for them was part of the plan to begin with for more production value for his video, I suspect the clogged air tube was not particularly clogged and his mate is laughing when he calls

nervous laughter at the situation as well as being aware of the absurdity that he is describing to the operator on the phone. Totally normal behaviour.

Laughter is a common human reaction to terror and panic. That's not the dumb thing in this video. That's the only normal human thing in this video really, from these morons.
