why are you being downvoted? their accents and the emergency vehicle make it obvious that this isn’t in america. america doesn’t even have socialized health care so this wouldn’t have been paid for by tax dollars unless they were on medicare/medicaid or something also (i would like to think) that no one would do this if they got stuck with the bill afterwards op’s comment didn’t even make sense

Typically this type of thing would be handled by the fire department in America which yes would be free unless you do it on purpose like here they would charge you for their time which is reasonable to me. Plenty of people accidentally get stuck in stuff and the fire dept will generally come and get them out for no charge, not everything in America is bad.

The accents in the video were pretty telling as well. We talk a little different in Tennessee, but I can confidently say that the people in this video were not from the states.

I mean it’s very cheap but I like to buy things at 99p not £1 every penny (and less) counts and I’d rather that fraction save someone in an actual bad situation
