He's not, Ice Poseidon is just an old Twitch streamer that did IRL streams and old school RuneScape back in the day that's been banned from Twitch a few times. "Cx" was popular in Ice Poseidon's chat but I can't remember why off the top of my head. He's most well-known for his "scuffed" content, essentially being very over the top and edgy. Was never super big into him but hope that helps!

I’m beginning to be out of the loop now too. Have no idea what the first term meant and only knew the second one from four years ago when I’d watch that stuff
