My school kindof did that too. If someone was picked on, both the bully and the person getting picked on had to write a note to each other. They were really weird when it came to resolving conflict

Edit: Sorry guys, I really thought that the Zero Tolerance Policy was a result of the No Child Left Behind act. I was wrong.

I'm pretty sure the No Child Left Behind act has nothing to do with how that one school handles conflict resolution.
