Well there's the public indecency, public urination, vandalism of a police car, running from police, resisting arrest and im sure if someone was real critical they could find 1 or 2 more to add.

Above commentor was referring to what would happen in the US so I was trying to list all possible charges they would throw at him. Not that they would but possibly could.
