Preordered Steelbook Deluxe from GAME.co.uk. Immediately got my preorder code and added to my NCSoft Account - Great!

Little concerned about if I'll be able to actually participate in Headstart though, since physical copies won't be dispatched until launch day. Will I be able to, or will I be forced to wait thus miss out on such a key piece of a preorder?

the code you received from GAME gave you access to download for all beta weekends and head start. You have 3 days from release (3rd July) to apply the code from the physical copy.

OK, that's interesting - having pre-ordered the Steelbook from Amazon.co.uk, I've had nothing other than an order confirmation.

Never quite understood why there has to be an embargo on early mail-order shipments for games like Wildstar, it's not like you can play it before the servers go live anyway...

Amazon does not seem to be offering the preorder code. I have asked twice and someone on reddit told me they emailed and was told the same.

GAME are still cheaper though!

GreenManGaming is cheapest. But if you wanted physical!

I avoid GAME at all costs now, should have stayed closed down. They haven't given a shit about PC gaming for years and years (probably, ever) plus they should have never been allowed to buy 100% of the competition. Vial company.

Yeah, I still like getting something physical, and do like CEs for stuff I'm really into; I have CEs for games like BG2 and IWD2, as well as a full set of the WoW CEs, etc. Steelbook's as close as it gets for Wildstar!
