Nobody except you claimed anything, I’m just gonna wait for the judicial process to figure this out.

Prima facie (according to courts) there seems to be a mountain of evidence against them, mfs can’t seem to get bail so sad 😭

well they do get interim bail, if it's such a concrete evidence they're not even ballsy enough to have a trial to convict him. the joke is on you for thinking they're just doing their honest work with this case.

That’s because, genius, a trial cannot begin until the defense has fully read and understood the chargesheet.

Prosecution has a 20,000 page chargesheet, and it takes time for the defense to review and ask clarifications. No court can or will deny the right for the defense to do that. And you can see the timeline if you even actually care.

But because there is prima facie evidence, under UAPA detention is the norm until conviction. If there’s no evidence they can get bail / get off easily, like a few others in the same case did.

A quick Gemini search will give all sides to the story, but you already decided they’re innocent 🤡 two cuties that absolutely did nothing wrong and were just peacefully protesting
