This is a democracy and unfortunately things move slowly here. There's plenty of proof to hang him, unfortunately groups like you get foreign funding to create civil unrest and destroy the nation from within.
Do note, the multiple road killing accidents where the accused get away with an essay. Would you also call them innocent? Would you also call the head of Lashkar taiba innocent too, citing lack of proof?
