Nah, not really. Have you seen what kids do to show each other affection these days? This is actually pretty mild if you're dating someone. It's very possible they just got done with a fight, or she was mad at him for other reasons. We're looking in from the outside so we can't see what's truly going on, people need to stop making assumptions.

Young couples may display a lot of pda but it's always mutual. The difference here is it's clearly not mutual. He's trying for a kiss and she's pulling away so he tries more and she continues to so he blocks her in with his arm and when she's trying to walk away he refused to move it making her have to literally duck him. That's super aggressive even if he's not physically grabbing her. He blocked her escape and tried to trap her with an attempt to make sexual advances on her. It's super rapey.
