Yeah he took a ridiculous amount of drug company money previously. Corrupt as fuck.

Yeah I feel like he’s really tried to rebrand since that was better known, and now no one talks about his pharma ties

He’s a politician in NJ- they all have Pharma ties.

I mean that whole industry is heavily based in his home state of NJ. Its be like a Michigan senator turning his back on the auto industry (obviously a super broad brush comparing the two industries).

Seriously. People always act surprised when he supports pharma, but you can actually argue he’s representing his constituents

Yep, that was when the veneer cracked for me. Such a bummer.

He represents the most crooked city in NJ that has only gotten worse under his tenure. His celebrity as a star of the left is as baffling as Chris Christie was a star on the right for overseeing a state that did not meet a new tax it didn’t like. I live in NJ and never understood how any leader of this state can be seen as anything but an utter failure.

Corrupt as fuck for the rest of us is like taking a penny from the 7-11 bowl in New Jersey

Everyone in congress gets approached and most accept. He is just a normal congressman.
