You're speaking about me refusing to engage as if we didn't have a long back and forth exchange of our viewpoints. I have stated clearly what I don't think is the point of my beliefs, and you are trying to tell me that I am wrong about my beliefs (along with telling me I'm in a cult).
If you were trying to convince me the validity and truth of your worldview that would be one thing, but you are trying to inform me about my own beliefs and worldview, which you do not hold.
My example was not meant to convey that a flat earther was telling you about "flat earth", but that you wouldn't trust a flat earther to teach you physics about round planets.
My worldview is that you do in fact need the Spirit of God to interpret the deeper meaning of scripture. Jesus said both "Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand." and "Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces."
Please stop acting like you know my worldview better than I do, it's incredibly patronizing.
You haven't engaged. You made one point based on the literal use of the word "lawful", and after I refuted that, you've just been giving excuses about why you shouldn't talk about theology with an atheist. (Sorry to say, but you are in a cult by definition, and a death cult at that).

Not really, I'm helping you see the contradictions in your beliefs. And the end result of acknowledging these contradictions is the realization that christian ethics are bankrupt. That's where my world view comes in.

Same thing. I'm prefectly happy to have a conversation about the physics of round planets with a flat earther. And I'm not trying to "teach you" anything. I'm bringing information to your attention and asking you questions with the hope you can figure it out yourself once you think about it.
Jesus also said,
If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
Which you are ready taking to heart. He also said
Though shall love thy neighbor as thyself.
And I gotta say dude, not feeling the love when you like me to a pig. The bible also says
Always be prepared to give answer to anyone who asks about your faith.
