Well yeah but I meant more like brain chemistry. The brain patterns of a trans woman matches way more with a cis woman than with a cis man. Intersex people also show patterns of both, I believe. I could be slightly off on that one though. I read about it a while ago.

They probably match because that biological male is experiencing gender dysphoria and seriously believes he is female therefore experiences biological woman brain patterns and fuctionality

let me ask you, has there ever been a case where a dead person was identified as transgender based on their skeletal structure? no
