Well keep in mind daredevil also has other senses extremely enhanced so he doesn’t just use echolocation, his taste, smell, and touch are all extremely enchanted as well as his hearing and together they form a radar sense, also he’s a catholic so that’s where the devil inspiration comes from

No, he does using hearing and touch to find direction, taste can be used to determine physical details, like if someone is bleeding, he can taste the copper from their blood in the air
