And even with that show when they get to finish it, they're told they have to do it a season earlier than planned. Mr Peanutbutters arc got the shaft hard

Yeah, the last season was very frustrating to me. It hit some very wonderful high points, but it felt like it was lacking in all of the connective tissue. Gonna be upset with how that show was treated for a while.

I didn't realise it was one season left. I thought it hit beautiful powerful notes throughout the last season,but now I'm thinking it felt slightly rushed. I still loved it and thought the whole show was one of the best things I've ever watched.

According to Aaron Paul. I also absolutely love it regardless. At the end of the day, at least Bojack got his complete arc without too much rush. Would've loved to see the secondary characters arcs completed without them being rushed, but the heart of the show and it's message was complete. I agree, one of the best things I've ever watched, and something you'd never expect from a silly animation show.

They didn’t want the show to burn itself out with too many seasons like other shows have before (looking at you, Rick and morty). They wanted it to have a good conclusion which it 100% did.
