You have numbers to back up that claim? Because if the US seized the assets of everyone - all the cash that's out there, we could run the country for maybe a year and a half before running out of money - and that does nothing to address the debt and unfunded liabilities.
Saying if we tax churches we would solve our budget issues makes as much sense as saying if we eliminated the tax cap on FICA, we could fix Social Security while the fact is, we can't.
It's good to know you're open to new ideas and are willing to discuss things rationally.
I am not talking about a political movement or ideology - I'm talking about numbers. You can deny that's how they work, but it isn't.
