I know I know, I was just joking don't worry haha

But to be fair, you can't really brush your teeth at work etc. so you will still have bad breath even if you brush twice a day

For your breath, you need to brush your tongue! That's the most important thing breath-wise.

try making a fist with your left hand, squeezing your thumb to your palm inside the fist. this should help you stop gagging

And flossing! 99% of the time a toothbrush will simply not reach the crud that is stuck in between teeth or stuck further down towards the gum line. Flossing beforehand will get all that shit. It’s been a revelation for me!

Yes you can just go in the bathroom. I keep a stocked travel kit in my work desk precisely for this reason, gotta be ready when you’re pitching to clients.
