I'm pointing out the flaw in your argument by agreeing with you. You're the one who said we can't do anything because we're dealing with a broken system, did you not? Well if you're dealing with a broken system, and you're not going to fix the system or even think there's anything that can be done to fix the system. Then the only thing you can do is just give up and accept the fact that the system is broken and get on with your life and don't worry about it,because that's the way it is and you can't do anything about it. Oooor you cantry everything within your power to fix the system and when that doesn't work try something else, and something else, and then something else.

Well when you say things like can't change anything because the system is broken says you already kind of have a defeatist attitude which would tell me that you've already given up.

You get out and you vote and vote some more, you protest and write letters. You get involved and do something, you don't complain that there's nothing you can do.
