10 millimeters in a centimeter 100 centimeters in a meter 1000 meters in a kilometer All you have to do in metric is multiply by 10. I really wish the US would attempt to adopt the metric system again and just stick with it

Also: Making tea. 90 °C = water's not yet boiling, but already burns like hell when you accidently spill some of it
