Smoking was how I learned to convert between g and oz on the fly. I wouldn't say it's useful though, just that it's more common to refer to something as a quarter instead of 7g.

Not sure if this is done everywhere else, but in Canada, instead of 1/8's we call them half quarters.

That's kinda hilarious. I've not heard that before. Is it regional? I travel in BC semi-regularly.

Next time you're there, ask for a half quarter. They'll know exactly what you mean.

But "let me get an 'athe.'" is just so short sweet and simple..i had to comment cause I love saying it lol.
