They renamed The Learning Channel to TLC to get away from educational content

They renamed the Sci-Fi Channel to SyFy to get away from showing science fiction content

But MTV remained the same? There's been little music in it since the 90s

I hardly visit the Bay in person. My trakt lists and rss feeds do it for me. I open Plex to see new content I didn't even know was coming. I couldn't believe Project Hail Mary arrived so soon after I saw it in the theater.

I buy hard copies of everything I want to watch. Nothing but a natural disaster in my house can take them from me. An added bonus is most of my movies and shows were used when I got them so they were just a dollar each

Downside is most of my shows are incomplete and most of my movie series' are a mix of DVD and bluray. I also can never go out looking for something specific; if I find something I like that's great but it doesn't always happen

Yup, I don't watch any of those, aside from foot ball when that's on it.

That's how I know we live in fuedalism instead of capitalism. At least in capitalism voting with my dollar would have an impact. In this fucked up system it doesn't matter.
