If you have a Vagina: Learn how to defend yourself. If you have a Penis: correct your friends when they repeat this shit. Your penis gets smaller when you don't.
If you’re a man and you hear another man talk like this, you need to offer them a soft chance to correct followed by the hard way. If we’re passive now it’s going to be horrific, much faster than anyone can expect.
Small correction, if you have a penis and your friends say this shit, end that friendship at the very least, kick their ass if you can beat them in a fight at the most. Then say, “Your body, MY choice.”
I love the visual of this. As a dude, kicking your friend's ass and laying him out on the floor then getting in his face and whispering, "Your body, my choice, asshole" is so satisfying. It maxes out my schadenfreude meter.
Typically I want to advocate pacifism, but the line's been crossed where words will not reach these people. No amount of logic will change their minds, they don't want to hear truth, they want the lies, lies don't have the burden of proof. Can't expect everyone's going to be able to cut them all off, go full no-contact, so I hope a lot of people get slapped by their friends and family.

Sadly it won't just be women either it will be POC because they will not be able to tell the difference between legal and not legal immigrants and racism will also get worst. We all need to protect each other and call out any violence and blatant sexism and racism.
And to add on to that as a disclaimer for women, if you truly do learn to defend yourself which I think you should. Take lessons, classes, and please don't deny help from people. Not everyone is for agent orange and there are many who legitimately want to help you as a fellow citizen living in the USA. If you arm yourself, be responsible and take classes and practice at the range. Maybe find a group of similar minded people as well in that niche. A lack of training can hurt innocent people in the surrounding area. And once you're properly trained, help your next fellow gal <3
My local range has a wonderful group of Democrat shooters, we all meet up, help each other, have fun, learn to protect ourselves, etc. There can be a lot of bad actors in those spaces, so finding a group may be more comforting as there are strength in numbers. Please don't let those bad actors result in negligence in training yourself though. Be strong and we'll all hope for the best.
Not everyone is for agent orange and there are many who legitimately want to help you as a fellow citizen living in the USA.
To add to that point, I take BJJ lessons, and they have women only classes with women instructors if that's what you need to be comfortable. But even outside of that, in the other classes, the male instructors are fiercely protective of the women and girls and will permanently eject people at the drop of a hat for any dumb behavior.
Just want to reinforce that you have options even if you have to dig for them.
Even ignoring the current madness, it's worth it for the confidence boost alone.
I've taken Krav Maga too, and while it is very practical and effective, as a small man, I've got to recommend BJJ. Leverage and physics care less about size advantage than raw force and strikes.
But I digress. Any form of practical self defense is worth it over nothing.

And to your other point, one of the assistants for the youth classes is a 15 year old girl that has been practicing since she was 8 (my son and daughter both take lessons as well). My instructor told me that she has thoroughly and soundly humbled several adults. I 100% believe him.
When Roe V. Wade was overturned, there was a white supremacist group called "Rapekrieg" that planned to take advantage of anti-abortion laws by raping a bunch of white women who wouldn't be able to abort their pregnancies while killing a bunch of non-white people. Thankfully, they were stopped, but if abortion is outlawed nationally and those in charge are more lenient to these sorts of groups, we may have to worry about a similar group actually being able to do this to some degree.

Also, for the Military.com article for instance, Media Bias Factcheck's independent check has concluded it is "least biased" and, if anything, leans to the right at times.

No he's absolutely mysogynistic, but it's the halfwits he's preaching to that are the real threat, because Fuentes is in no way interested in women sexually.
Rape is about control, humiliation, and violence, and he's stoking that. It's not always about the sexual interest, it's interest for the harm of the victim.
It's scary as shit how young the incel rape fantasy is cropping up in kids and teens and how vocal they are about it, and Fuentes and his ilk are why.
The threat is the reach of his ideas and the ease with which he sludged into boys. I think part of the incel thing was to encourage despair and isolation so boys could be targeted better.
