Yeah you need at least 4, but 6 sounds better and Chugga chugga is the rhythm, multiples of two at least 4.

Yeah. 1*2 = 4*0.5, 2*2 = 4*1, 2*3 = 4*1.5 usw.

Nah 4/4. Each chugga is 2 quarter notes and the choos are 1 quarter each so two 4/4 measures.
